TSELA Science Resources
and Materials Fair
Serving as an information network is one of TSELA values to the science education leadership of Texas. Science supervisors and instructional leaders join TSELA to gain information about curriculum, assessment, instruction and resources as they support science instruction in their areas of responsibility.
Call for Science Exhibitors, Call for Sponsorships
TSELA is inviting science resource providers to participate in the resource and materials fair which will be available for the membership to view before the meeting, during lunch, and at designated breaks as assigned.
REGISTRATION:
- The fee for space at the TSELA Science Resources and Materials Fair is $100. The space fee of $200.00 includes one lunch ticket.
- The fee is payable to TSELA. Send payment to Lisa Webber, TSELA Treasurer, 3419 Windcrest Court, Pearland, TX 77581. An invoice is available upon request. Contact the TSELA Treasurer with questions at treasurer@tselaonline.org.
- The fees will be waived in lieu of a sponsorship with a minimum value of $100. Additional lunch tickest cost $40 each.
- A list of sponsorship options will be provided to those interested in sponsoring a specific TSELA meeting events; such as Breakfast, Luncheon, Break-time Snack, Reception or Keynote speaker fee or expenses.
- Exhibitors are asked to register for the TSELA meeting.
- The TSELA officers would like to encourage Exhibitors to join the organization. Membership dues is $20.
- Consider providing a door prize for our membership meeting. Prizes will be awards during the meeting.

Guidelines
It is the purpose of these guidelines to provide consistency and equity for vendors and sponsors for agreeing to display their products, provide support, and donate resources at TSELA events. For clarification or questions, please contact the TSELA President.
- In exchange for payment of the registration fee and one door prize item, vendors will be given use of display space at the TSELA meeting. We will provide ONE table for you to exhibit your science resources and materials. Based on the facility arrangement, we may be able to provide additional tables.
- Display location preferences will be honored based on 1) the level of sponsorship provided and, 2) the date and time the completed registration form is received by the President. (email or USPS)
- Distribution of all products and/or printed matter will be limited to the vendor table in the display area and with the door prizes provided.
- Sponsors may place a logo or sign on the food serving table if they are sponsoring that portion of the meeting.
- Sponsors and vendors will be recognized in the TSELA Meeting Program through the publication of their logo and contact information. It is the vendor’s responsibility to provide the logo and accurate contact information to the Vendor Fair committee chair within two weeks of the event.
- Door prizes are to be given to TSELA president, before 10 AM on the day of the event. The format and frequency of the door prize drawing is at the discretion of the TSELA President and/or the Vendor Committee Chair.
- If electricity is critical to your display working correctly, please let us know on the registration form. The exhibitor will provide the extension cords and power strips. We will attempt to honor all requests but, access to electricity will be based-on layout of the facilities, the date/time the forms are received, and the level of sponsorship.
